International 2 day marsch with the distances 10, 25 & 40 kilometers.
Experience Gothenburg with a different sightseeing, get excercise, and a medal!
The first day you'll pass many of the city's tourist attractions. And the next day you'll discover a part of the beautiful Swedish west coast..
Elfsborgsmarschen gives an opportunity to physical activity, for both the trained marcher and the regular walker just wanting to get some excercise.
Either you can walk individualy, or as a group and then receive a group diploma for your participation.
The march route mainly follows foot- and bicycle paths.

Elfsborgsmarschen firade 5-års jubileum!
Den 11-12 juni gick den femte Elfsborgsmarschen av stapeln. Detta firade man med en historisk uppvisning under lördagskvällen. Marschen är en internationell vandring i Göteborg med omnejd. Sträckorna som vandrarna kan välja på är 10 km, 25 km eller 40 km per dag i två dagar. I år lockade marschen ca 200 personer som bland annat kom från Schweiz, Danmark och Norge förutom från Sverige. Det är Partille Hemvärnsförening som anordnar marschen.

Elfsborgsmarschen starts and ends on the military garrison of Gothenburg, located at the Käringberget, Älvsborg.
Please note that the 10km distance starts at the Göta platsen (Saturday) and Kannebäcksplan (Sunday).
